Purchasing a Premium Account

When a user purchases a Premium Account, they get the following features:
– Maximum download speed possible
– Storing files for 90 days
– Uploading files up to 5Gb
– Up to 50Gb file storage space
– 10Gb/day bandwidth, 30Gb bonus for day 1 (50Gb total)

Purchasing a Premium PRO Account

When a user purchases a Premium PRO Account, they get the following features:
– Maximum download speed possible
– Storing files for 90 days
– Uploading files up to 10Gb
– Up to 60Gb file storage space
– 50Gb/day bandwidth, 30Gb bonus for day 1 (80Gb total)

What does Recurring subscription mean?

Recurring Subscription means, when your premium membership expired, you will be automatically charged again for the next premium membership. 

So you can enjoy continued access, without having to re-subscribe. If you don’t like this idea, you can cancel it in your account profile.

An example of recurring subscription is:

You join on March 17th, for $16.95, for 30 days access.

On April 17th, you are charged another $16.95.

On May 17th, another $16.95, and so on.

Recurring payments are only for 3 days trial, 30 days and 90 days.

After you purchase a 3 day trial account, you will be automatically billed for 30-day subscription after the 3 days expire.

Premium Memberships for 365 days is one-time payments.

At any time, you can cancel your recurring subscription. You’ll have access up until the next rebill date, but you won’t be rebilled – your account will become free on after the last day of premium.

Can I delete my files?

To delete your files, go to the “Files” section of your profile, select the file you want to delete and click “Delete.”

Can I download files for free?

Yes you can. You can easily download files for free with either the Free or Premium Keep2Share.cc accounts. With Premium membership there is no time limit, downloads are fast and uploaded files are stored for longer period.

How do I retrieve a forgotten password?

Click on login button on top of https://k2s.cc page and then click ‘I forgot my password‘ on the login page. Then enter you account email address. You will receive e-mail instructions on how to reset the password. 

If you are logged in, go to your profile and click the “Change Password” button

If you do not receive an email with a link to reset your password, check the SPAM folder of your email. We also recommend checking the Trash folder to make sure you haven’t accidentally deleted an email. 

Can I search the Keep2Share server for certain files?

No. Keep2Share protects the privacy of our users. Only the person storing a file on Keep2Share gets the download link. That person decides who should have access to the link. A file can only be downloaded if the download link details are known.

Can I resume a failed download?

Resuming a failed download is not an option for non-Premium users. If the download fails you will have to restart it.

Which download managers can I use?

You may use any download manager, a few popular ones are: JDownloaderInternet Download ManagerDownload Accelerator Plus etc.

How long does Keep2Share store my files?

Your files will be stored for 90 days after their last download as long as you are a premium member. If you are a registered user without premium status, your files will be stored until at least 30 days after their last download.

May I have multiple accounts on Keep2Share?

We don’t allow multiple accounts for one user. If we found such an accounts they will be deleted.

My account was hacked?

You must keep secure your account information. Any mails about hacked accounts, changed information and so on will be ignored! It is your responsibility to keep your account information safe!

May I resell premium accounts?

You can become a reseller and earn by selling subscription activation codes. Contact our support team to discuss partnership details.

How much can I download with premium account?

Premium users can download 10 GB in a day; Premium PRO users can download 50 GB in a day. Your traffic will renew automatically at 00:00 GMT.

How much storage is available?

Each premium account comes with 50 GB of storage. Each premium PRO account comes with 60 GB of storage. You are able to store your personal files.

Can I upload any type of file?

No. Keep2Share.cc serves people of all ages and cultures from all over the world. We do not want to offend anyone in any way. We make every effort to ensure that the shared content does not violate any law and is completely inoffensive.

I get a message about exceeding traffic limit, but i didn’t download so much

The fact is that the traffic limit is taken into account not only for downloads, but also for watching videos online. Also, if you started downloading a file, but canceled it in the process, then the entire file size will be taken into account in the limit. The same with online video viewing: if you watched 1 minute from an hour-long video, then this file will be considered as a whole downloaded.

Please note that when receiving a link, some managers follow the link in the background to estimate the file size. Because of this feature, the full file size will be taken into account in your daily limit.

If you watched the video online, then when downloading the file will not be taken into account in the limit and vice versa. In other words, the file does not count in the limit twice during the day. The traffic limit is reset at 0 GMT.

Recommended videos

Recommended videos are only available with a Premium Pro subscription.

The list of recommended videos is based on history of your online video views and video downloads.

Unfortunately, there is no way to “reset” the recommendation or force refresh it. If you want new recommended videos you should download or watch the video to change recommendations.

I cannot complete my transaction and/or my credit card is declined

Please try using our alternative payment processor.

Still declined? Try using local payment options. You can also try paying for your Premium Account through our resellers. They offer a variety of payment methods.

I made the payment but no days were added

Please check your e-mail  box (including any SPAM or junk folders) for the confirmation e-mail we always send after payment. If you got a confirmation e-mail not from us, but from a payment processor, please send as many payment details to us so that we can find your transaction and make sure the days are credited to your account:

  • Date of payment
  • Email you used
  • Transaction number
  • Order number
  • Payment method (VISA, MasterCard, etc.)
  • Transaction amount
  • Any other relevant details that may help us find your transaction.

How to cancel recurring subscription?

To stop recurring subscription, go to your profile and click Cancel auto-renew subscription.
Under NEXT REBILL DATE

Recurring payment is only for 3, 30 and 90 days.
After you purchase a 3-day trial account, you will be automatically billed for the 30-day subscription after the 3 days expire.
If you activated your account using a voucher code, then you will not have any recurring subscriptions (voucher codes are used only once)

Can’t find voucher code you sent me

After successful payment, the reseller will send you a 40-character activation code (for example: 3be4cc6265f7e28da49dc4cdc357b4de0389199d).
Log in at k2s.cc and activate the code on this page: k2s.cc/auth/activationcode
If you purchased a code from a reseller but have not received the code or the code you received is not working, please contact the reseller first. Go to the reseller website for contact details. Contact details can be at the bottom of the web page.
If within 72 hours the reseller does not respond to your request, check the spam folder (sometimes the code gets there) and send us the order number, a screenshot of the successful payment, and a link to the reseller’s website.

Do you accept gift cards?

Yes, we do, but only for US customers. We’re sorry, but that is the requirement of the payment gateway. Select Pay via gift cards on the payment options page.

PREMIUM. My download speed is slow or interrupt

You are welcome to use any major download accelerator, e.g. JDownloaderInternet Download ManagerDownload Accelerator Plus etc.

This will increase your download speed and let you finish downloads which were interrupted.

If you still feel there is something wrong with the connection, you can send us the tracing details from you to our server so that our tech staff can have a look into the situation.
Go to Start>Accessories>cmd, and type tracert prx-110.keep2share.cc
Copy the results and send them to us.

FREE. My waiting time is too long

For free users, there always is a waiting period to make sure our Premium users get maximum bandwidth. If you do not want to wait, we recommend to purchasing a premium subscription.

FREE. My downloads are too slow

For free users, the download speed is set to 50 kb/s. If you plan to download a lot, we recommend to purchasing a premium subscription.

I get “401 Unauthorized: Temp URL invalid” when trying to download

Your service provider constantly changing your IP address and our security system reacts as if your account was hacked and blocks the link.

We recommend to use VPN such as:

Hola (has free plan)

TunnelBear (has free plan)

ExpressVPN

NordVPN

Also using a Public Proxy Server (e.g. public-proxy.blogspot.co.uk) might resolve this problem. Proxy setting can be defined under your browser settings or LAN setting.

FREE. Downloading doesn’t start after 30 seconds.

If you have problem with entering captcha and after 30 seconds downloading does not start, we recommend to try other browser, like Google Chrome, it should work.
At the moment we are working in fixing this error.

I can’t download the file, the link doesn’t work

It is possible that the file was deleted by the owner. If in your case the reason is different, please contact us with more details:

  • Link to the file you want to download
  • The error message
  • Your browser and it’s version
  • Screenshot
  • Your description of the issue

Can’t download a file, I get message: “Sorry, this file is blocked or deleted”

If you see a message: “Sorry, this file is blocked or deleted“, this means that the file was deleted by the uploader.

Blocked for too many downloads

You are probably using some sort of script, software or browser extension which generates to many download requests, our security system detected it as an hack attack and blocks your downloads for some time.

Check your software and browser settings, disable unnecessary extensions and try downloading again. If this does not help, try to download another browser.

I receive Error 503

If you try to download a file an see “Error 503”, it means the server is on maintenance.

Try to download your file later.

What is the password for the file I have just downloaded?

We don’t keep password information for files that were uploaded by our users for you to download. If necessary, we suggest that you try to contact the owner of the file directly.
